The Rotunda Lounge offers casual dining and a fully stocked bar with a great view of the course and multiple television screens to view your favorite sporting events.

Join us in the Ventana Room for great family dining and a kid's play room sure to keep  the little ones occoupied while you finish your meal.


Take advantage of the privacy of the Executive Boardroom for your formal family gathering or casual business lunch.

While on the golf course, stop by Frenchy’s and grab your favorite cocktail or “squeezed just for you” juice and lemonade to go with a great sandwich or hot dog. Be sure to visit the very popular Bloody Mary Bar.

Meet the Chef!

Chef Arnoldo Arvizo was born in Mexico, but has always considered himself a true New Mexican. He also considers himself immensely lucky to have been able to turn his passion for food into a lifelong career, and to have spent more than 15 wonderful years sharing that passion with clients, friends, family and students. His earliest childhood memories of watching his grandmother preparing delicious Mexican food became the basis for his deeply rooted passion for food. His journey into the food industry began when he was just 17 years old, as a cook. This small taste of the industry made him realize that he wanted to launch his culinary career as a chef. He graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts and has mastered French culinary techniques and international cuisine. He has experience working in a variety of industries, from luxury hotels and resorts, to high-end restaurants, and has been an avid participant in the Chile & Wine Festival and Mac & Cheese Festival. He has always admired Julia Child for bringing French cuisine to America.
