Membership Options

Shareholder Member
   
  • Membership includes the Shareholding Member, their spouse & all children under 24 years of age.
  • Entitled to use of all Club facilities (including unlimited golf).
  • Owns (1) share of Stock in the Club.
  • Entitled to (1) vote at the Shareholders Meeting
  • Has the privilege of being eligible for nomination & election to the Board of Directors
  • Must be at least 21 years of age

Individual Shareholder Member
   
  • Same as Shareholding Member, but available for aan unmarried individual with no children under the age of 24.

Junior Member (29-38 years)
   
  • Membership includes the Junior Member, their spouse & all children under 24 years of age.
  • Entitled to use of all Club facilities (including unlimited golf)
  • Only 50% of the Stock Fee is due at the time of joining. The balance will be amortized over 36 months (3 years).
  • Upon the 38th birthday of the oldest member on the Junior Membership, the Membership will be transferred to a Shareholder Membership.
  • At that time the new Shareholder Member will receive (1) share of Stock in the Club and be entitled to (1) vote at the Shareholders Meeting. 
 

Junior Member- Tier II (21-28 years of age)
   
  • Same as Junior Member
  • Membership includes the Junior Member, their spouse & all children under 24 years of age.
  • Entitled to use of all Club facilities (including unlimited golf)
  • Only 50% of the Stock Fee is due at the time of joining. The balance will be amortized over 36 months (3 years).
  • Upon the 29th birthday of the oldest member on the Junior Member Tier II, the Membership will be transferred to a Junior Membership.
  • At that time the new Shareholder Member will receive (1) share of Stock in the Club and be entitled to (1) vote at the Shareholders Meeting. 

Social Membership
   
  • Membership includes the Social member, their spouse & all children under 24 years of age.
  • Entitled to use of all Club facilities, excluding unlimited golf
  • Permitted to use the golf course twice a month (subject to full guest fee)
  • No voting privileges

Membership Options (Continued)

Corporate Memberships
   
  • Membership is held in the Corporations name.
  • Each membership includes the designee, their spouse & all children under 24 years of age.
  • Entitled to use of all Club facilities (including unlimited golf if you are a full / individual category).
  • Up to (3) designees per Corporate Membership,
  • Each designee must be a full time employee of company.
  • Each designee is responsible for dues, charges, and assessments.
  • No voting privileges
  • Must be 21 years of age

Non-Resident Membership
   
  • Primary residence is beyond a (50) mile radius of the Club.
  • Entitled to use of all Club facilities (including unlimited golf).
  • Membership includes the Non-Resident Member, their spouse & all children under 24 years of age.
  • If the Non-Resident member owns, leases, or maintains a secondary residence within a (SO) mile radius of the Club, the member shall pay 1/2 of the current Guest Green Fee for each round of golf over (15) rounds per year.
  • No voting privileges

Memberships (excluding Individual & Corporate) may be owned in joint tenancy with a spouse with rights of survivorship. All Stock / Initiation fees are non-refundable. Included in the dues for Shareholder & Corporate. Members is a $100 Capital Fund Fee and a $10 Mortgage Retirement Fee. Included in the dues for Junior, Social, or Non-Resident Members is a $50 Capital Fund Fee and a $10 Mortgage Retirement Fee.
